Notification of withdrawal must be in writing and include students name, class and location.  Mail or fax (714-689-0112) your request to IEA or email IEA (therese@ieatraining.com).  Amount of refund (if any) will be based on the postmark of envelope or submittal date.  No exception to refund policy will be made for postponed classes.  A $30.00 administration charge will be deducted from all refunds.  If IEA cancels the class course fee only will be refunded in full.  Allow 6 weeks for refund to be processed.  Administration charge will be deducted and refunds will be calculated as follows:  Before 1st class- 100% refund.  Before 2nd class- 80% refund.  After 2nd class-  NO REFUND.  There is a $25.00 transfer fee for student transfers from one program or location to another plus any difference in class cost.  Transfer fee of $25.00 also applies to student substitutions.

All registrations are for single user only. No exceptions. Single users have access up to 14 calendar days including testing component or completion of the testing component whichever comes first. Users can purchase more than one video topic at a time. Access duration to each video topic will start at the date of purchase and conclude in 14 calendar days or completion of testing component whichever comes first. Any unauthorized use, participation or reproduction is strictly prohibited. IEA can not be responsible for unauthorized use or fraudulent reporting of unauthorized continuing education hours. Single users may access content for personal use only as intended through the provided functionality of the Service and as permitted under these Terms and Conditions. You can not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purpose without the prior written consent from IEA. IEA will strictly enforce single user restriction.
