Workers' Compensation Claims Administration Certificate Program (WCCA)

Your Path To A Better Career!
Developed and delivered exclusively by IEA, the WCCA program is your introduction to the field of workers' compensation. With an extensive curriculum, expert faculty, and the opportunity to interact with other professionals, WCCA will provide professionals with the necessary skills to succeed in this field.

Only Five Classes!
The list below will take you to more information on individual courses. A grade of "C" or better is required for each course. Upon successful completion of all five courses, students will receive a certificate of achievement.

Earn Your Designation Within Two Years!
Many students take one program per semester to complete the designation within two years. However, you may take as long as five years from the start date to complete the program.

Prerequisites
For those students having less than six months claims handling experience, CA 8 - Introduction to Workers' Compensation Claims is required

Option To Challenge?
Only CA 10 may be challenged for course credit in obtaining this certificate. Challenge students will be required to take a mid-term and final exam during a scheduled course. Credit for challenge is obtained with a "B" or better grade. Students must indicate their challenge request together with $85 payment when registering for the class. Challenged courses cannot earn credit toward adjuster training certification and/or ce.
