Supervisory Management
An Educational Program for Insurance Supervisors

Becoming an insurance supervisor usually involves substantial changes in outlook and in relationships with others.

Developed by the Insurance Institute of American, this two-course program in Supervisory Management teaches you the skills you need to make the successful transition into this role.

Earning the Designation

Two courses are required to complete this program. It is recommended that SM 18 be taken first.

  1. SM 18 - Essentials of Supervision
  2. SM 19 - Supervisory Skills
