Developed and delivered exclusively by IEA, the WCCA program is your introduction
to the field of workers' compensation.
The program consists of three 30-hour courses designed for workers’ compensation
specialists employed by insurance companies, self-insured organizations, third
party administrators, and others who would benefit from a comprehensive course
of study on workers’ compensation claims procedures and practices

of "C" or better is required for each course. Upon successful completion of
all three courses, students will receive a certificate of achievement.
