Associate, Customer Service (ACS)
An Educational Program for Service Professionals
Developed by the Insurance Institute of America, the Institute for Chartered
Property Casualty Underwriters and LOMA, this program offers a training
track specially designed for Property and Casualty professionals to increase
knowledge of product lines, successfully manage customer relationships,
exceed customer expectations and improve the company's bottom line.
