The California Department of Insurance are not showing the credit hours I took at my last IEA program. What should I do?
Firstly, be sure that you submitted the correct social security and license number to the IEA on registration in the seminar. Additionally, are you sure that you signed in and out on the day of the workshop? Failure to sign in or out will require a written confirmation from the instructor that you attended the entire program. If you complied with all of the above and you have still not received your credits, it may be that your license has simply not been updated yet. If your license is still not reflecting the change after a thirty day period, please call IEA (800)655-4432 and we will check further for you.
