Online Training Frequently Asked Questions

How do your online courses work?

Discussion
Courses are divided into 10 to 12 weekly sessions. Each week, you’ll go to the “discussion board” where you’ll respond to questions placed by the instructor.

At the end of each week, the instructor reviews student responses for accuracy and provides personalized feedback. The instructor will also post summary comments to help all students learn the key points of that week’s lesson.

Weekly Conference Call
Every week, the instructor meets with students via conference call to review the material covered last week, answer questions and introduce thought-provoking insight. Students are encouraged to participate and lively discussions often break out!
