Guidelines for students regarding natural disasters or other calamitous events

• In the event that a class session is unable to meet for a prolonged period due to a natural disaster or other calamitous event, IEA will provide telelearning/phone bridge numbers which will allow the class to meet for two hours, each week, for a total of three weeks, to review their assignments.
  
  
• Students will receive necessary directions and materials via e-mail. If your instructor does not have your e-mail address, please notify IEA at curriculum@ieatraining.com
  
  
• Participants will call the phone-bridge number two minutes before the scheduled start time. Calling more than two minutes early may connect them to another class that is finishing up.
  
  
• Please note the telelearning/phone-bridge number will cost the caller $3 or $6 per hour (depending upon the long distance plan they have at home or work), IEA will not reimburse any phone charge. Long distance cost savings tips are included in the telelearning/phone-bridge protocol document.
