How can I withdraw from my IEA program
To Withdraw from your semester course, online course, or seminar, you MUST
INFORM IEA IN WRITING. Include your name, course name and location. You may
e-mail this information to registration@ieatraining.com,
or mail to IEA, 2670 North Main Street, Santa Ana, CA 92705 or fax to (714)
689-0112
Will I get a refund?
For semester courses, the amount of the refund will be based upon the date of the e-mail, the postmark on the envelope, or the FAX machine date and a $30 administrative charge will apply. If IEA cancels your class, the fee payment will be refunded in full. Please allow SIX weeks. Refundable fee (less $30 administration charge) is based on notification date.
Cancel before first class session……………100% refunded
Cancel before second class session…………80% refunded
Cancel after second class session……………No refund
For seminars, you must withdraw no later than 5 working days prior to the program date. A $30 administrative charge will be deducted. If you must withdraw outside of the five day window, IEA will credit your fee toward another seminar of equal value being offered during the same semester period. If you do not attend a seminarp and fail to cancel your registration, no refund will be approved. No exceptions to the policy will be made. If IEA cancels your workshop, you will be notified immediately by phone. You will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to select another program. IEA reserves the right to cancel a program if our minimum enrollment requirement is not met. In the event of cancellation, IEA is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses. We reserve the right to change program date, instructors and location.
How can I audit an IEA semester course?
Requests to audit must be submitted in writing prior to the 1st class meeting. Auditors must pay full class fee and will be admitted upon instructor and IEA approval. A transfer to audit status will not be approved after the 1st class. Non-paying visitors are not permitted in class.
