WC277: Demystifying Death Benefits
Description:
This seminar is designed to provide the knowledge and confidence necessary to systematically and fairly address the multiplicity of issues when a death claim is presented. The novice attendee will receive a broad overview of the benefits payable to or on behalf of someone who sustains a fatal compensable industrial injury while providing a seasoned professional a detailed roadmap to understand the underlying principles which govern how much and to whom death benefits will be paid.
