RM084: Going Global: International Insurance and Global Risk Management



Description: This full day seminar will survey the practice and emerging trends in international insurance and risk management. It will provide students with a working knowledge of insurance for multi-national organizations, including how to conform to local requirements, ensure that international coverage coordinates with local policies, and how contractual risk management differs overseas. In addition, participants will discuss the importance of understanding cultural differences, new trends in insurance products and key differences in international loss prevention and claims.
