MS089: Ethics for the Insurance Professional



Description: This four hour seminar includes a thorough discussion of ethics and the importance of ethical relationships between the consumers and producers. Topics include, but are not limited to, understanding and impact of high ethical standards, compensation, disclosure, conflict of interest issues, unfair trade and claims, practices, fraud awareness, senior issues, markets, and case studies.
This program satisfies California Department of Insurance ethics requirement for all insurance agents and brokers bi-annual license renewal.
