CPDM 1: Essentials of Disability and Absence Management
Description:
This course provides an overview of integrated disability management (IDAM). It will identify what IDAM is, the program components, key roles and responsibilities of those involved and how the programs coordinate together. Specific information reviewed includes, federal, state and company programs, employment practices, prevention and wellness programs, as well as vocational programs, and administrative case management practices. Case studies are used in the course.
