CPCU 551: Commercial Property, Risk Management and Insurance



Description: Topics include property loss exposures, building and personal property coverage, cause of loss forms, flood, earthquake, and specialty forms, business income, inland marine and ocean cargo, crime, equipment breakdown, businessowners and farmowners, and surety bonds. DOI CE: 40 CE hours for fire/casualty broker agents for instructor led courses Online course not approved for DOI CE credit. However, CE credit can be obtained by passing the National Exam through IIA, www.aicpcu.org. Other CE: none
