CPCU 520: Insurance Operations, Regulation, and Statutory Accounting



Description: Topics include insurance operations, regulation of insurance, insurance marketing, underwriting property insurance,underwriting liability insurance, ratemaking, property claim adjusting, liability claim adjusting, reinsurance, insurer financial statements, (statutory accounting) insurer financial management, and insurer business strategy and global operations. DOI CE: 40 CE hours for fire/casualty broker agents for instructor led course. Online course not approved for DOI CE credit. However, CE credit can be obtained by passing the National Exam through IIA, www.aicpcu.org. Other CE: none
