CPCU 510: Foundations of Risk Management, Insurance and Professionalism



Description: Topics include CPCU Code of Ethics, risk, understanding risk management, risk control, risk financing, financial services and insurance markets, insurance mechanism, insurable risks, legal environment of insurance, the insurance policy, insurance policy analysis, key insurance policy conepts, important contract language, and amounts payable. DOI CE: 40 CE hours for fire/casualty broker agents for instructor led courses Online course not approved for DOI CE credit. However, CE credit can be obtained by passing the National Exam through IIA, www.aicpcu.org Other CE: none.
