AU 65: Commercial Underwriting: Principles And Property



Description: Topics include fundamentals of underwriting information, financial analysis, pricing, underwriting direct exposures, construction, occupancy, protection and external exposure, indirect loss underwriting, and commercial crime insurance. DOI CE: 35 CE hours for fire/casulaty broker agents for instructor led courses Online course not approved for DOI CE credit. However, CE credit can be obtained by passing the National Exam through IIA, www.aicpcu.org Other CE: none

  • Analysis of commercial property exposures
  • An overview of direct property loss exposures such as fire
  • Overview of indirect property loss exposures such as business interruption
