AIC 34: Workers' Compensation and Managing Bodily Injury Claims



Description: Topics include workers' compensation system, compensability, statutory benefits, bodily injury claim management, injury and treatment evaluation, impairment and disability, rehabilitation, low back injury claims, medical investigation, and assessing treatments and disability. Online course not approved for DOI CE credit. However, CE credit can be obtained by passing the National Exam through IIA, www.aicpcu.org. Other CE: 12 hours for WCCP. DOI CE: none
