IEA's Board of Directors are senior executives elected for a minimum of three year terms to represent the entire spectrum of IEA's diverse membership group. They bring a commitment to the members' interest, and support for the vision and values of the organization.


The Board meets four times annually and participates in both an assertive and deliberate fashion in shaping key long term policy decisions. Their role also includes assuring that the Association is responsibly managed and accomplishes its stated mission and strategic objectives.
