Frank Bermudez
Mr. Bermudez has extensive experience managing high exposure claims for prominent national insurance carriers and third party administrators and has performed specialized claims adjudication and resolution services. In 1992 he entered into the insurance industry where he positioned himself to experience the industry from several different perspectives. He began as an investigator - working for both in-house and private firms. As a senior claims examiner and litigation specialist, his claims adjudication involved large loss and catastrophic claims. He served as a special project coordinator to develop programs including alternative dispute resolution for unionized labor, liens resolution in Southern California, structured settlements, an SIU fraud prosecution task force, system design for paperless document database and portability, and other programs. Mr. Bermudez is a California licensed private investigator. He uses his license to increase his ability to obtain the crucial evidence needed during the litigation discovery phase proceeding trial. It is through this comprehensive, broad-based exposure to multiple operations and organizations within the business and insurance industries that Mr. Bermudez developed a passion to share his expertise with others. He currently teaches Advanced Issues in Workers' Compensation and California Labor Code and Case Law. He resides in Roseville, California with his wife and two children, where he remains an educational instructor, and expert witness in civil cases involving California insurance matters.
